At Wear And Go Wigs, we want you to love your new look; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been styled or washed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the complimentary wig cap is included in the return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the unit is in sellable condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
